Autopilot is Drive’s managed-media service. Enrollment stays reachable before activation so a hotel can complete setup safely.
Enrollment
The enrollment workflow records verification, contract signature, platform connections, activation, and monthly funding preferences. Stored hotel login credentials are not part of the product.
Operations
After activation, authorized hotel users can review recommendations and performance. Super admins use Admin → Autopilot Ops for enrollment queues, recommendation review, performance, event-ad planning, and connection status.
Funding is monthly. Billing, receivables, and funding records are monitored from Admin → Revenue.
