Choose the right workspace

Your personal Home workspace provides cross-hotel views, reporting, billing history, and the Folio fleet. Select a hotel account when you need hotel-scoped product tools, team members, settings, or billing.

The account switcher changes the active workspace. Access is enforced on the server for every protected product; a visible navigation item does not grant access by itself.

Common first steps

  1. Open Home and confirm the hotels available to you.
  2. Select a hotel account.
  3. Choose a product from the product switcher.
  4. Use Settings for hotel identity, product configuration, members, billing, and reports.

If a product is unavailable, ask an account owner to review the hotel’s subscription or entitlement.
